Turkmen shurpa with lamb, beans and homemade noodles seasoned with sour milk (optional)
Lamb 300 g |
Beans 160 g |
Wheat flour 60 g |
Egg 1 pc |
Onion 1 pc |
Lamb fat 60 g |
Sour milk (optional) 600 g |
Red pepper to taste |
Step 1
Pour water over the lamb and beans and cook for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then add cooked homemade noodles, sauteed (fried in lard until half-cooked) onions, pepper and cook until ready.
Step 3
If desired, dress with sour milk.
