Surprisingly simple, but truly life-giving oriental soup - shurpa with mutton

Step 1
Salt the sliced ribs, pour boiling water over them. Bring to a boil, remove the noise.
Step 2
Add coarsely chopped onions and carrots, simmer for 1 hour.
Step 3
Then add coarsely chopped peppers, tomatoes and potatoes, season with salt and spices, put chili pepper. Cook the soup until the potatoes are cooked.
Step 4
When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy.
