Boiled pork ribs baked in a spicy glaze - for true meat eaters

GLAZURE: |

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the chili peppers, chopped ginger, orange slices, cardamom, apple juice, salt and sugar.
Step 2
Slice the ribs, put them in the pot, pour boiling water over them. Cook under a lid for 2 hours at a low temperature. Then let the ribs cool completely in the broth.
Step 3
For the glaze, pour the broth from the ribs into a saucepan, add chopped chili peppers, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and steam 3-3.5 times.
Step 4
Place ribs on a parchment lined baking tray, brush with glaze, sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 minutes. Enjoy.
