Pork ribs baked with plum glaze
| pork ribs 1 kg |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| dried garlic 5 g |
| dried onion 5 g |
| paprika 5 g |
| red pepper, salt, sugar to taste |
| GLAZURE: |
| plum jam 150 g |
| soy sauce 30 ml |
| lemon juice 60 ml |
| green onion 40 g |
| grated ginger root 30 g |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Mix the salt with the spices and sugar. Remove the foil from the ribs and cut them into slices. Brush with vegetable oil and coat in the spice mixture.
Step 2
Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking tray and cover with another sheet of foil. Bake for 1.5-2 hours at 160 degrees Celsius.
Step 3
For the glaze, mix the chopped green onions, lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce and plum jam.
Step 4
Brush the ribs with the glaze and bake for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve with lemon if desired. Bon appetit!
