How to make fantastic pork ribs with bacon braised in apple juice
pork ribs 1 kg |
onions 150 g |
garlic (large) 6 cloves |
pork brisket 200 g |
apple juice 0,5 l |
apple cider vinegar 50 ml |
vegetable oil 20 ml |

salt |
black pepper |
thyme |
Step 1
Cut the ribs into chunks, salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 2
Put chopped onion, garlic and brisket in the bottom of the pan. Top with the roasted ribs. Season with thyme, pour in apple cider vinegar and apple juice. Braise for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 3
Then transfer the ribs into a mold and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
