Flavorful lamb kebabs on cinnamon sticks

Ingredients


lamb flesh 400 g
mutton fat 100 g
onions 70 g
olive oil 30 ml
cilantro 15 g
paprika 1 tsp.
cinnamon 6 sticks
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
ground zira to taste
SOUCE:
Greek yogurt 150 g
tkemali sauce 80 g
FOR SERVING:
red basil, parsley and cilantro leaves
red onion
chili pepper
olive oil

Instructions


Step 1

Grind the lamb flesh and fat on a coarse grater. Add grated onion, chopped coriander, zira, black pepper, salt and paprika. Stir and beat the mince well.

Step 2

Then divide it into 6 equal portions, form balls, insert cinnamon sticks into them and shape them into oval shapes.

Step 3

Brush with vegetable oil and grill on a grill pan until cooked through.

Step 4

Mix the tkemali with the Greek yogurt. Separately combine all the herbs, chopped chili and red onion in a bowl. Season with olive oil.

Step 5

Serve the lula kebabs with the sauce and greens. Enjoy!
