An exquisite turkey mini kebab with pear that combines the boldest flavors.
turkey thigh flesh 200 g |

sweet pepper 1 pc |

cilantro 1 sprig |
green onion 1 stalk |
garlic 1 clove |
butter 1 tbsp. |
olive oil 4 tbsp. |
brandy 50 g |

Step 1
Grind the turkey meat through a meat grinder together with the cilantro and green onions. Add the thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper and vanilla. Stir and beat the mince for a minute.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the diced pears, bell peppers, and whole cherry tomatoes. Add the minced garlic, salt, paprika, pepper and olive oil. Set aside to marinate for a few minutes.
Step 3
Then place a cherry tomato, a quarter of the mincemeat, a slice of pepper and a pear on each skewer.
Step 4
Fry the kebabs in olive oil until browned, then sprinkle with sugar, add the butter, pour in the brandy and deglaze.
Step 5
If desired, serve the mini kebabs with pita bread and fresh pear slices.
