Step 1
Combine the ground meat with the chopped onion, salt, pepper, poultry spices and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Thread the cherries and mozzarella alternately onto the skewers and cover them with the stuffing.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly, cut out strips of dough and wrap them around the stuffing. Brush the dough with oil and sprinkle with thyme.
Step 4
Bake the lula kebabs at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy.
