We've done salmon steak, we've done kebabs. Now it's kebab time. We have it made of fresh salmon, with mint and shallot. And we bake and serve it in pita bread.

Ingredients


salmon fillet 250-300 g
shallot 1 onion
fresh mint
thin pita
lemon juice
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Finely chop the onion and mint. Mix together in a bowl.

Step 2

Finely dice the salmon fillets and add to the onions. Season with a little salt and mix well. Form the kebabs on wooden skewers soaked in water beforehand.

Step 3

Cut lavash into rectangles and wrap kebabs in it. Grill on the grill grate for 7-10 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with lemon juice.
