Spicy pita sandwiches with minced chicken and suluguni cheese.

| bacon 40 g |
| red onion 40 g |
| pickles 80 g |
| ketchup 60 g |
| mayonnaise 60 g |
| grated suluguni cheese 60 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |

Step 1
Combine the chopped bacon with the minced meat, salt and spices. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into rounds and the onions into half rings.
Step 3
Spread the minced meat evenly over each pita and place on a heated buttered griddle with the minced meat facing down. Fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Then flip the pita, brush with the ketchup-mayonnaise mixture, place onions and cucumbers on top, sprinkle with cheese and fold in half. Fry for another minute and serve. Enjoy.
