Pita tubes with minced pork and beef, sweet peppers and hard cheese

vegetable oil 40 ml |

Step 1
Combine the chopped onion, chili pepper, sweet pepper and cilantro. Add the minced meat, cheese, salt, spices, tomato paste and mix.
Step 2
Cut the pita into 4 pieces, smear each piece with minced meat and roll into a tube.
Step 3
In a wide bowl mix eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Dip the tubes in the mixture and fry in vegetable oil with the lid closed. Bon appetit.
