Buongiorno! Meet Italy: cooking homemade orocchiette "ears" with bacon, tomatoes and basil!

| cottage cheese 30 g |

| FOR PASTA: |
| flour 250 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| olive oil 4 tbsp. |
| salt |
Step 1
Knead the pasta dough. Roll out a long sausage, cut into pieces, flatten them slightly and mold into small ears. Boil in salted water for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the finely chopped bacon in olive oil. Add the sour cream and cottage cheese and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into small cubes. Place in a deep plate in a circle, leaving the center empty.
Step 4
Place the cooked pasta in the center of the plate, garnish with basil and season with black pepper.
