Noodle soup (Nudelsuppe) is one of the most common dishes in German cuisine. It is served on weekdays and on holidays. And on Lenten days, for example, this is a variant.

Ingredients


Noodles or shells (without eggs)
Carrots
Brussels sprouts
Green peas
Broccoli
Dill

Instructions


Step 1

Boil vegetable broth cooked according to all rules bring to a boil, start diced carrots and Brussels sprouts.

Step 2

When the vegetables are ready, add the green peas and broccoli, bring to the boil again, start the noodles (without eggs): you can use noodles in the shape of shells.

Step 3

Serve with finely chopped dill greens.
