| wheat flour 350 g |
| warm water 180 ml |
| dry yeast 8 g |
| sugar 20 g |
| salt 1 g |
| vegetable oil 0,5 l |
| sesame 10 g |
| SYRUP: |
| honey 70 g |
| water 20 ml |
| lemon juice 30 ml |
Step 1
Put sugar, yeast, 20 ml of vegetable oil into the water, mix.
Step 2
Add sifted flour, salt, knead the dough, cover it with foil and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3
Then knead the dough, form into balls and deep-fry.
Step 4
For the syrup, mix water with lemon juice and honey, boil for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Pour the syrup over the doughnuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy.
