warm milk 250 ml
dry yeast 7 g
leavening agent 5 g
sugar 20 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
salt 1 g
melted butter 40 g
yolks 3 pcs
vegetable oil 0,5 l
jam to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine milk with yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks, salt, butter and mix.

Step 2

Add the flour sifted with leavening agent, knead the dough, cover with clingfilm and place in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 3

After this time, knead and roll out the dough, use a glass to cut out circles and let them rise a little.

Step 4

Then deep-fry the dough.

Step 5

Fill the doughnuts with jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy.
