Step 1
Dissolve sugar and yeast in water. Add salt, butter, milk, eggs, water and yeast to the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then knead the dough, roll out on a flour-dusted surface to a thickness of 7 millimeters and cut into small squares. Deep-fry until browned.
