An incredible French dessert - bénier doughnuts with powdered sugar

Ingredients


wheat flour 600 g
milk 120 ml
sugar 60 g
butter (melted) 25 g
eggs 2 pcs
dry yeast 11 g
warm water 180 ml
salt to taste
powdered sugar to taste
FOR FRITTURE:
vegetable oil 1 liter

Instructions


Step 1

Dissolve sugar and yeast in water. Add salt, butter, milk, eggs, water and yeast to the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 2

Then knead the dough, roll out on a flour-dusted surface to a thickness of 7 millimeters and cut into small squares. Deep-fry until browned.

Step 3

Serve the doughnuts sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
