Puffy and fluffy doughnuts with powdered sugar
| wheat flour 1 kg |
| dry yeast 11 g |
| warm water 0.5 liters |
| sugar 100 g |
| salt 10 g |
| vegetable oil 1 liter |
| powdered sugar 2-3 tbsp. |
Step 1
Prepare the opara. Mix half the water with the yeast and a spoonful of sugar, leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, sift the flour, add the remaining sugar, salt and mix well with a whisk.

Then pour in the opara, the remaining water, knead the dough, cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

After this time, knead the dough and leave for another 30 minutes.

Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 7 millimeters and cut out rounds. Allow to proof for 15-20 minutes.

Then deep-fry until browned.
