 
Flavorful turkey hearts with dried mushrooms in cream sauce
| turkey hearts (or chicken hearts) 1 kg | 
| onions 150 g | 
| garlic 3 cloves | 
| dried mushrooms 30 g | 
| mushroom broth 750 ml | 
| cream (30%) 300 ml | 
| butter 40 g | 
| parsley 10 g | 
| bay leaf 4 pcs | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
| thyme | 
Step 1
Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then cook in salted water for 30 minutes and the hearts for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Saute chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add sliced mushrooms and hearts, fry for 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and spices.
Step 4
Transfer to a saucepan, pour the mushroom broth, cream and add bay leaf. Braise for 20-25 minutes. Serve with chopped parsley. Bon appetit.
