Ingredients


chicken hearts 250 g
white onion 1/2 pc
red onion 1/2 pc
rice 200 g
soy sauce
vegetable oil
vinegar
cilantro
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the rice in boiling water, adding 1-2 tbsp of vinegar.

Step 2

Fry chicken hearts in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Cut onions into feathers, add to the hearts and fry for another 3 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the soy sauce and simmer over medium heat until cooked through.

Step 5

Serve with rice and cilantro.
