For followers of national traditions - cheese appetizer with smoked crackers
smoked pork brisket 300 g |
melted cheese 150 g |
garlic 2 cloves |
parsley 10 g |
black pepper to taste |
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. |
salt to taste |

Step 1
Remove the skin from the brisket and cut the flesh into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until crusty, then drain in a sieve and allow the fat to drain. Afterwards, place the rinds on a paper towel and allow them to cool.
Step 2
Combine the chopped parsley, grated melted cheese and garlic, scallions, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix. Fill the vol-au-vents with this mixture and serve. Enjoy.
If the brisket is very fatty, vegetable oil for frying will not be needed
