A popular breakfast that the Dutch brought to America was Chicken & Cheese Waffles
chicken thigh flesh 300 g |
kefir 300 ml |
wheat flour 200 g |

wheat flour 200 g |
milk 100 ml |
low-fat sour cream 100 ml |
softened butter 120 g |
hard cheese 120 g |
eggs 2 pcs |
leavening agent 5 g |
baking soda 0,5 tsp. |

Step 1
Marinate the meat in salted kefir for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Combine the flour with salt and spices, coat the meat in it, then dip it in the kefir and coat it again in the flour and spices. Allow to dry for a few minutes, then deep-fry the meat.
Step 3
For the waffles, separate the yolks from the whites. Add the butter, sour cream, milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and grated cheese to the yolks. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Add salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer. Combine both mixtures and mix.
Step 5
Prepare the waffles. Serve with chicken. Enjoy!
