Apple and pear jam

The spicy smell of cinnamon, pears and apples.... A real flavor of autumn, isn't it? Here is a simple recipe for incredibly tasty jam from these fall fruits

Ingredients


apples 0.5 kg
pears 0.5 kg
sugar 1.5 kg
water 100 ml
juice of half a lemon
cinnamon 1 tsp.
tarragon
mint

Instructions


Step 1

You slice apples and pears, add cinnamon, tarragon and mint leaves, sugar and a little water to keep the sugar from burning.

Step 2

Saute over low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 3

Then pour the jam into sterilized jars and close.
