Step 1
Fry chopped garlic and spinach in oil. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper and chopped eggs. Stir.
Step 2
Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough and cut into 4 squares. Put cream cheese and herbs and eggs in the middle of each square. Pinch the edges.
Step 3
Grease the puffs with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Bon appetit!
