Tender liver cooked by Chinese stir-fry technology with intense flavor and spicy sauce
| beef liver 300 g |
| sweet pepper 120 g |
| carrots 60 g |
| onion 30 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| peanuts 20 g |
| olive oil 30 ml |
| cornstarch 1.5 tsp. |
| water 60 ml |
| soy sauce 80 ml |
| sugar 15 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| ground black pepper |
| green onion |
| chili pepper |
| lime/lemon |
| cilantro |
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Combine water with sugar, black pepper, cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir.
Step 2
Slice the carrots, sweet peppers and onions and mince the garlic. Peel the liver from the foil and cut into slices.
Step 3
In a Wok (or any pan with high sides) fry peanuts in hot oil, transfer them to a plate.
Step 4
Then sauté the onion and garlic in the same oil, add the liver and fry a little.
Step 5
After that, add the sweet peppers and carrots. Fry for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Pour in the sauce and continue cooking, stirring until it thickens.
Step 7
Serve the liver with green onions, chili peppers, cilantro, lime and roasted peanuts. Enjoy.
