Step 1
Dice the foil-free liver into cubes. Season with pepper, thyme, drizzle with oil and mix.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and dice the onion, celery root, carrot and beet.
Step 3
Fry the liver in vegetable oil until crispy. Then reduce the heat, add the tomato paste, sugar and fry a little.
Step 4
Then add root vegetables, wine, bay leaf, salt, pepper and pour boiling water so that it covers all the ingredients. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are ready.
Step 5
After a while, mix the flour with a small amount of room temperature water and introduce it into the stew. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from the stove.
