Nutritious bean stew with vegetables, for those who do not consume meat products
| boiled white beans 200 g |
| boiled red beans 200 g |
| sweet pepper 120 g |
| red onion 120 g |
| white part of leek 90 g |
| carrots 80 g |
| garlic 5 cloves |
| chopped pelati tomatoes 400 g |
| white dry wine 75 ml |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| parsley 20 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| oregano |
| dried basil |
Step 1
Chop the garlic and red onion. Coarsely dice the carrots and sweet peppers and cut the leeks into rings.
Step 2
Fry everything in vegetable oil. Then add the wine, dried basil and oregano, stir and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Then add the boiled beans, pelati tomatoes, salt, black pepper and sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Put chopped parsley, stir and serve. Enjoy.
