Nutritious bean stew with vegetables, for those who do not consume meat products

Ingredients


boiled white beans 200 g
boiled red beans 200 g
sweet pepper 120 g
red onion 120 g
white part of leek 90 g
carrots 80 g
garlic 5 cloves
chopped pelati tomatoes 400 g
white dry wine 75 ml
vegetable oil 30 ml
parsley 20 g
TO TASTE:
salt
sugar
black pepper
oregano
dried basil

Instructions


Step 1

Chop the garlic and red onion. Coarsely dice the carrots and sweet peppers and cut the leeks into rings.

Step 2

Fry everything in vegetable oil. Then add the wine, dried basil and oregano, stir and cook for a couple of minutes.

Step 3

Then add the boiled beans, pelati tomatoes, salt, black pepper and sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Put chopped parsley, stir and serve. Enjoy.
