Crispy baked puff pastry patties with beef (or chicken) liver, bacon and herbs

| bacon 150 g |
| onions 150 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| melted butter 70 g |
| yolks 2 pcs |
| puff pastry 600 g |
| wheat flour 30 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| dill 10 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| paprika 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |

Step 1
Peel the liver and cut into 3 by 3 cm cubes. Add the chopped bacon, onion and garlic, salt, spices and oil. Mix and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then blend in a blender, add the chopped herbs and mix.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5-6 mm and cut into squares. Put the filling in the middle of each square, fold into a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
Step 4
Grease the patties with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Enjoy.
