Brown "quick" patties with ham, egg and herbs
| kefir 250 ml |
| egg 1 pc |
| wheat flour 250 g |
| salt 1 tsp. |
| leavening agent 4 g |
| vegetable oil 50 ml |
| FILLING: |
| eggs (hard-boiled) 4 pcs. |
| ham 150 g |
| green onions and dill 40 g |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Sift flour, add kefir, baking powder, salt and egg. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Chop the herbs, ham and eggs. Combine with the dough. Salt, pepper and mix.
Step 3
Fry the patties in oil until browned. Bon appetit!
