Potato patties with two kinds of cheese and ham
warm boiled peeled potatoes 0.5 kg |
ham 80-100 g |
toasted cheese 8-10 slices |
hard cheese (grated on a coarse grater) 100 g |
wheat flour 200 g |
green onion 20 g |
vegetable oil 100 ml |
leavening agent 1 tsp. |
TO TASTE: |
salt |
black pepper |
nutmeg |
turmeric |
Step 1
Mash potatoes, salt, pepper, add flour, leavening agent, nutmeg, turmeric, grated cheese and chopped green onions.
Step 2
Knead the dough and roll out to a thickness of 5 millimeters.
Step 3
Cut out 8-10 circles from the dough, 10 centimeters in diameter.
Step 4
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each one, fold it in half and seal the edges.
Step 5
Fry the patties in vegetable oil until browned. Enjoy.
