Potato patties with two kinds of cheese and ham
| warm boiled peeled potatoes 0.5 kg |
| ham 80-100 g |
| toasted cheese 8-10 slices |
| hard cheese (grated on a coarse grater) 100 g |
| wheat flour 200 g |
| green onion 20 g |
| vegetable oil 100 ml |
| leavening agent 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| nutmeg |
| turmeric |
Step 1
Mash potatoes, salt, pepper, add flour, leavening agent, nutmeg, turmeric, grated cheese and chopped green onions.
Step 2
Knead the dough and roll out to a thickness of 5 millimeters.
Step 3
Cut out 8-10 circles from the dough, 10 centimeters in diameter.
Step 4
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each one, fold it in half and seal the edges.
Step 5
Fry the patties in vegetable oil until browned. Enjoy.
