Dessert flavored chocolate and coffee cherry pies

cherries 600 g |
sugar 80 g |
starch 1 tbsp. |
Step 1
Add the chopped chocolate, honey and freshly brewed coffee to the boiling milk. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Then add the sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Stir again and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 2
Sifted flour, rub it with the yeast, pour the chocolate-coffee mixture into it, add the egg and vegetable oil. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave to proof for 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Discard the cherries in a colander. Mix the sugar with the starch.
Step 4
Bomb the dough and divide it into 10 pieces. Then flatten each piece into a round cake, place a few cherries in the center, sprinkle with the starch-sugar mixture and carefully seal the edges. Cover with a towel and leave to proof for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Then brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Allow the patties to cool slightly and serve.
