Hot appetizer in the form of fried toast bread patties with ham and cheese
Ingredients
| toasted bread 8 slices |
| Toasted Gouda cheese 4 slices. |
| Cheddar cheese 4 slices |
| smoked cheese 4 slices |
| ham 4 slices |
| eggs 2-3 pcs |
| cream 60 ml |
| butter 80 g |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the crusts off the toast. Roll out the crumbs with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Place a slice of each of the cheese and ham on 4 toasts. Cover with the remaining toast and press the edges together.
Step 3
Mix cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Dip the patties in the egg mixture and fry in butter until browned. Enjoy!
