Fluffy, tender and airy pies with cottage cheese and raisins
BATTER: |
wheat flour 250 g |
water (room temperature) 90 ml |
low-fat sour cream 60 g |
vegetable oil 50 ml |
egg yolk 1 pc |
milk 10 ml |
salt pinch |
FILLING: |
cottage cheese 0.5 kg |
sugar 60 g |
vanilla sugar 10 g |
raisins 80 g |
Step 1
For the filling, steam the raisins, then dry. Combine with the sifted cottage cheese, plain and vanilla sugar. Stir.
Step 2
Add sour cream, salt, water to the sifted flour, knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts, grease liberally with butter and stretch each into a thin rectangle.
Step 4
Fold in the edges of the dough, place half of the filling on each, form into rolls and place on an oiled baking tray.
Step 5
Then cut the rolls into several pieces and brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
