Sweet fried patties with pea puree and garlic notes

| sugar 50 g |
| softened butter 40 g |
| salt 1/2 tsp. |
| vanilla sugar 5 g |
| dry yeast 1,5 tsp. |
| wheat flour 375 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| vegetable oil 400 g |
| powdered sugar 1 tbsp. |
| FILLING: |
| pea puree 200 g |
| onions 100 g |
| butter 40 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| ground black pepper |
| paprika |
Step 1
Pour the yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, egg into the room temperature milk and mix until smooth. Gradually add the flour, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave to proof for 45 minutes.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the pea puree, add paprika, onion fried in butter and mix. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 portions.
Step 3
Then flatten each piece into a round flatbread, put the filling in the center, fold the flatbread in half and seal the edges well.
Step 4
Fry the patties in hot oil until browned.
Step 5
Rub garlic into a bowl, put the hot patties in it and leave for a few minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
