Fideua with turkey and spicy sausages
vermicelli 160 g |
spicy sausages 80 g |
turkey thigh flesh 300 g |
chicken broth 0,5 l |
butter 40 g |
olive oil 30 ml |
garlic 2 cloves |
sea salt to taste |
Step 1
Fry the vermicelli in olive oil until evenly golden. Then transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Fry the chopped garlic and sausages in olive oil, add the turkey pieces and fry until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add the fried vermicelli, broth, butter, salt and cook stirring constantly until excess moisture is evaporated. Bon appetit!
