Beef meatballs with cheese baked in tomato and cream sauce
| ground beef 400 g |
| bacon 100 g |
| mozzarella 100 g |
| chicken broth 300 ml |
| cream (20%) 100 ml |
| tomato paste 80 g |
| green onion 20 g |
| parsley 20 g |
| wheat flour 30 g |
| dried garlic 1 tsp. |
| paprika 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| Italian herbs |

Step 1
Combine the chopped bacon and herbs with the minced meat. Add salt, black pepper, paprika and dried garlic. Stir and baste a little.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella into 8 pieces. Form meatballs out of the minced meatballs and put a piece of cheese in each one.
Step 3
Combine cream, sugar, tomato paste, Italian herbs, flour, broth, salt and black pepper. Stir.
Step 4
Pour sauce over meatballs, bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Bon appetit.
