Step 1
Fill the bread crumbs with cream. Chop the fish fillets into random pieces and beat with a blender. Add the crumbs, pour in the cream and beat again. Add grated onion, egg, salt, spices for fish, pepper and mix. Cover the mince with foil and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Fry chopped garlic in vegetable oil. Grind tomatoes with a blender and combine with garlic. Season with salt, sugar, ground fennel and bring to the boil.
Step 3
Stuff the meatballs with chopped crab sticks, place in a baking mold, pour the sauce and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Bon appetit.
