Fish meatballs with crab sticks in tomato sauce

Homemade delicious, flavorful fish meatballs with tender crab in tomato sauce.

Ingredients


fish fillets 0.5 kg
crab sticks 120 g
white bread crumbs 80 g
onion 120 g
egg 1 pc
cream (20%) 150 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
fish spices to taste
TOMATOUS SOUCE:
pelati tomatoes 400 g
garlic 5 cloves
vegetable oil 10 ml
sugar 15 g
ground fennel 1/2 tsp.
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Fill the bread crumbs with cream. Chop the fish fillets into random pieces and beat with a blender. Add the crumbs, pour in the cream and beat again. Add grated onion, egg, salt, spices for fish, pepper and mix. Cover the mince with foil and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. Fry chopped garlic in vegetable oil. Grind tomatoes with a blender and combine with garlic. Season with salt, sugar, ground fennel and bring to the boil.

Step 3

Stuff the meatballs with chopped crab sticks, place in a baking mold, pour the sauce and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Bon appetit.
