Tender chicken meatballs in cream sauce

Ingredients


minced chicken 500 g
onion 1 pc
10% cream 150 ml
hard cheese 300 g
TO TASTE:
salt
pepper
fresh herbs

Instructions


Step 1

Mix chicken mince with chopped onion, add salt, pepper and chopped fresh herbs to taste.

Step 2

Spray a baking dish with vegetable oil and place walnut-sized balls in it.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.

Step 4

Mix grated cheese with cream, pour the sauce over the meatballs and send back to the oven for 20 minutes.
