Fantastic turkey meatballs with couscous and vegetables with marinara sauce
| turkey mince 0.5 kg |
| chicken broth 200 ml |
| couscous 100 g |
| sweet pepper 100 g |
| red onion 60 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| vegetable oil 25 ml |
| dried basil to taste |
| paprika to taste |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| MARINARA SAUCE: |
| pelati tomatoes 400 g |
| onions 80 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| oregano to taste |
| sugar to taste |
Step 1
Heat the broth, pour the couscous into it, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the tomatoes with a blender and combine in a saucepan with the chopped garlic, onion, salt and olive oil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the sugar, black pepper and oregano to the sauce. Stir.
Step 3
Combine the minced meat, chopped peppers, onion, garlic, eggs, salt and couscous. Season with dried basil, black pepper and paprika. Stir to combine. Form the meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°.
Step 4
Serve the meatballs with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
