Warm salad with beef and potatoes with white sour cream and horseradish sauce
beef bat 250 g |
potatoes (boiled) 200 g |
red onion 30 g |
mixed salad 60 g |
butter 30 g |
vegetable oil 30 ml |

DRESSING: |
low-fat sour cream 80 g |
white horseradish 20 g |
honey 10 g |
wine vinegar 5 ml |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Cut the bat in half. Salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then cut into thin slices and mix with chopped onion.
Step 2
Cut potatoes into circles and fry in butter until browned. Season with salt and black pepper and place on a paper towel.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and stir to combine.
Step 4
Arrange the salad mix, meat and onions, and potatoes on plates, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with crushed chili peppers. Enjoy.
