Warm salad with chicken liver, bacon, walnuts and mustard-honey dressing
| chicken liver 300 g |
| bacon 300 g |
| walnuts (crushed) 40 g |
| lettuce (Iceberg) 120 g |
| ciabatta 120 g |
| butter 30 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| soy sauce 25 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| DRESSING: |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| honey 25 g |
| grainy mustard 20 g |
| lemon juice 15 ml |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Slice bacon and ciabatta, fry alternately in butter and transfer to a paper towel.
Step 2
Divide the liver in half and fry in olive oil. Add the nuts, salt, pepper, soy sauce, stir and fry for another minute.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and stir with a whisk.
Step 4
Arrange iceberg leaves on plates, then liver, breadcrumbs and bacon. Drizzle the salad with the dressing. Enjoy.
