Ingredients


potatoes 1 kg
assorted mushrooms 600 g
onions 90 g
leek 80 g
garlic 3 cloves
butter 50 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
nutmeg
thyme
SOUSAGE:
grated hard cheese 100 g
grated mozzarella cheese 100 g
cream (20%) 400 ml
eggs 2 pcs
ground dried porcini mushrooms 1 tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Cut potatoes into large slices and fry in vegetable oil until brown. Put them in a ceramic dish and salt them.

Step 2

Cut mushrooms coarsely, cut onions and leeks into half rings, mince garlic. Fry the vegetables and mushrooms in butter, season with salt and spices and add to the potatoes.

Step 3

For the sauce, mix all the cheese, eggs, ground mushrooms and cream. Fill the potatoes with mushrooms with the sauce and bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
