Potatoes with mushrooms baked in cream and cheese sauce - a dish that, with its taste and aroma, envelops like a warm blanket

ground dried porcini mushrooms 1 tsp. |
Step 1
Cut potatoes into large slices and fry in vegetable oil until brown. Put them in a ceramic dish and salt them.
Step 2
Cut mushrooms coarsely, cut onions and leeks into half rings, mince garlic. Fry the vegetables and mushrooms in butter, season with salt and spices and add to the potatoes.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix all the cheese, eggs, ground mushrooms and cream. Fill the potatoes with mushrooms with the sauce and bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
