Potato casserole with minced beef in aromatic tomato sauce

Step 1
Prepare the stuffing. Chop and saute onion and garlic. Then add the minced meat and fry until cooked through. Grind the tomatoes, add to the stuffing, season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, dried basil and braise for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Step 2
Place half of the mashed potatoes in an even layer on the bottom of the mold, then all the stuffing and again a layer of mashed potatoes. Make 4 indentations with the back of a glass and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 3
After the time, beat the eggs into the cavities, sprinkle the surface with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
