Hearty potato casserole with bacon and chicken fillet under a cheese crust

Ingredients


potatoes (boiled) 800 g
chicken fillet 200 g
bacon 80 g
grated hard cheese 150 g
onions 200 g
eggs 6 pcs
sour cream 230 g
butter 60 g
non-spicy mustard 30 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
red pepper
dried garlic

Instructions


Step 1

Chop bacon and onion, fry in oil until browned. Add sliced chicken, salt, black pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes.

Step 2

Grate the potatoes. Combine it with the mustard, sour cream, cheese, salt, spices, and onions with the bacon and chicken. Stir and transfer everything into an oiled mold.

Step 3

On the surface of the casserole make depressions for eggs and send it to the oven heated to 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 4
