A classic American dessert in a new version with refreshing citrus notes - white chocolate brownies with lemon

wheat flour 300 g |
roasted cashews 100 g |

GLAZURE: |
powdered sugar 200 g |
lemon juice 50 ml |
zest of 1 lemon |
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add the lemon juice, stir and allow the mixture to cool.
Step 2
Combine the eggs with the salt and sugar and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures, add sifted flour and cashews, mix.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a mold greased with butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 175℃. Then let the shortcake cool down.
Step 5
For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice. Cover the brownies with the glaze, sprinkle with lemon zest. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, then serve. Enjoy.
