Ingredients


dark chocolate (72%) 200 g
softened butter (82%) 200 g
cocoa 50 g
wheat flour 90 g
eggs 3 pcs
sugar 120 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
roasted chopped hazelnuts to taste
salt a pinch
CARAMEL:
condensed milk 400 g
honey 30 g
butter 60 g
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine all ingredients for the caramel and cook on low, stirring, for 8-10 minutes.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate and butter in a steam bath. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, add the eggs and stir. Pour in the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, cocoa and flour. Mix until smooth.

Step 3

Pour half of the chocolate mixture into a parchment-lined mold. Spread the caramel evenly on top and fill with the remaining chocolate mixture.

Step 4

Bake the brownies at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the pie sprinkled with nuts. If desired, decorate with berries. Bon appetit!
