Ingredients
| flour 4 tbsp. |
| cocoa 2 tbsp. |
| egg 1 pc |
| milk 3 tbsp. |
| sugar 2 tbsp. |
| vegetable oil 3 tbsp. |
| leavening agent 1/4 tsp. |
| chocolate shavings 1 tbsp. |
| cherries 2 pcs |
| powdered sugar |
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Beat with a mixer until there are no lumps.
Step 2
Pour in the milk and vegetable oil and beat again. Add the chocolate chips.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the cups, filling them no more than halfway. Put 1 cherry in the middle, removing the pips.
Step 4
Bake in the microwave on high power for 3-5 minutes (depending on the power of the microwave).
Step 5
Serve in cups, garnished with powdered sugar.
