Cupcake recipe
| butter 30 g |
| sugar 55 g |
| salt 1 pinch |
| egg 1 pc |
| milk 3 tbsp. |
| flour 60 g |
| leavening agent ½ tsp. |
| cocoa powder 2 tbsp. |
| spice mix for gingerbread ½ tsp. |
Step 1
Beat the butter, sugar and salt with a whisk until white.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 3
Lightly oil a bowl and place the dough in it.
Step 4
Bake the muffin for 25-30 minutes in the oven (medium) at 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
Step 5
Let the cupcake cool slightly and take it out of the cup.
