Raisin muffins are a classic! So we decided to bake one today. Classic and with three kinds of raisins. You should make it too!
vegetable-cream mixture 130 g |
sugar 130 g |
eggs 3 pcs |
leavening agent 1/2 tsp. |
flour 160 g |
raisins (assorted) 130 g |
vanilla 1/2 pod |
powdered sugar for decoration |
Step 1
Whisk the butter and vegetable mixture with the sugar. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and eggs.
Step 2
Remove the vanilla seeds from the pod and add to the batter. Beat again with the mixer and add the soaked and dried raisins.
Step 3
Grease a muffin mold with the butter and vegetable mixture and line with parchment. Fill with batter and bake for 50-55 minutes at 180 C.
Step 4
Take the cooled muffin out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
