Soup made of semolina with carrots and celery is prepared in Konya. It doesn't take long to prepare, but the soup is nutritious and delicious. It is ideal for children, the elderly and those on a diet.

Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken, boil it in 6 cups of water, remembering to remove the foam from the broth. While the chicken is boiling, soak semolina in water. Shred carrots and celery root and add them to the broth.
Step 2
When the chicken is almost ready, drain the water from the semolina and add the groats to the broth. Bring the semolina to the boiling point. Take the chicken out of the soup, separate the meat from the bones, finely chop the pieces of meat and add them back into the soup.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the yolks and lemon juice, add a little broth, stirring quickly. Now pour the sauce into the soup in a thin stream, also stirring quickly.
