Soup with fish meatballs

A favorite of many since childhood aromatic rich soup with fish meatballs

Ingredients


fish broth 2.5 liters
potatoes 300 g
carrots 100 g
onion 100 g
celery stalk or root 100 g
round grain rice 40 g
butter 40 g
parsley 20 g
dill 20 g
salt to taste
black and red pepper to taste
FRICKADELS:
white fish fillet 400 g
egg 1 pc
breadcrumbs 50 g
green onion 10 g
salt to taste
paprika to taste
fish seasoning to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Dice the onion, carrots, celery and potatoes. Fry a little in oil and put into the boiling broth.

Step 2

Add the rice, salt and cook until the rice is cooked.

Step 3

Squeeze the fish fillets from the moisture, place in a blender bowl, add the fish seasoning, salt and blend until smooth.

Step 4

Add chopped onion, paprika, egg, breadcrumbs and mix.

Step 5

Form meatballs, put them in the soup and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the chopped herbs.

Step 6

Bring the soup to a boil and serve, seasoned with pepper. Bon appetit!
