A favorite of many since childhood aromatic rich soup with fish meatballs

white fish fillet 400 g |
egg 1 pc |
breadcrumbs 50 g |
green onion 10 g |

Step 1
Dice the onion, carrots, celery and potatoes. Fry a little in oil and put into the boiling broth.
Step 2
Add the rice, salt and cook until the rice is cooked.
Step 3
Squeeze the fish fillets from the moisture, place in a blender bowl, add the fish seasoning, salt and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add chopped onion, paprika, egg, breadcrumbs and mix.
Step 5
Form meatballs, put them in the soup and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the chopped herbs.
Step 6
